In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with win4d's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease accessing the Platform and must not register an Account or make use of any of the Services.

Access to and use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and continuously thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. win4d does not permit access by persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gaming activities are lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or funded by, any third party. Each Account must be used solely for personal, recreational purposes by the registered Account holder.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of win4d or any of its game-supply partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform for any reason.

To access the full range of Services, you must register a Player Account. The following rules apply to all Account registrations:

1. One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active Account on the Platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension.
2. Accurate information: You must provide complete, truthful, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. win4d is entitled to void transactions and close accounts if false or misleading information is discovered at any stage.
3. Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. win4d will never ask you to disclose your password. Any activity conducted through your Account prior to you notifying win4d of a security breach will be deemed to have been authorized by you.
4. Account transfer: Player Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, gift, or otherwise transfer your Account or any funds held within it to any third party.
5. Account currency: All Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). win4d does not offer multi-currency accounts.

win4d reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

win4d is committed to operating a secure and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, win4d conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Player Accounts. KYC verification may be triggered at any of the following points:

• At the time of first withdrawal request;
• When cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed thresholds set by win4d's compliance team;
• When win4d reasonably suspects that account information may be inaccurate or that the Account may be subject to misuse;
• At any time at win4d's discretion in accordance with its internal compliance procedures.

Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or equivalent);
• Proof of residential address (bank statement, utility bill, or official correspondence dated within 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (photograph of bank card or e-wallet account screenshot);
• Source of funds declaration where winnings or deposits are material in size.

win4d accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the payment channels listed below. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

The following deposit rules apply:

• Deposits that cannot be verified as originating from a payment method registered in the Player's name may be reversed and the Player's Account suspended pending investigation.
• win4d does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or payments made by or on behalf of third parties.
• Players are responsible for any bank or e-wallet fees charged by their own financial institution in relation to deposits. win4d does not impose processing fees on deposits.
• Deposits that are processed but not reflected in your Account balance within 15 minutes should be reported to win4d's customer support team immediately, with proof of transfer provided.

win4d is committed to processing player withdrawals promptly and without unnecessary friction. The following terms govern all withdrawal requests:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction unless otherwise stated on the withdrawal page.
• Processing time: Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Withdrawals subject to enhanced review may take up to 24 hours. VIP tier players (Platinum and Elite) benefit from prioritized withdrawal queues.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, unless that method does not support outbound transfers, in which case an alternative registered method may be used at win4d's discretion.
• KYC prerequisite: Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the Player has completed win4d's KYC verification. Players are encouraged to complete verification proactively before their first withdrawal request to avoid delays.
• Wagering requirements: Real-money funds are withdrawable at any time subject to KYC compliance. Bonus Funds and winnings generated from Bonus Funds are only withdrawable once the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
• Suspected fraud: win4d reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where the company reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, pending the outcome of an investigation. The Player will be notified of any such hold within 48 hours.

win4d offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and returning players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions timed to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day, and Ramadhan. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless explicitly superseded by the terms of a specific offer:

1. Bonuses are awarded at win4d's discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
2. Each promotion is subject to individual wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible-game restrictions, and expiry periods published on the relevant promotion page. Players should read the specific terms of each promotion before opting in.
3. Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per IP address. Circumventing this restriction via the use of VPNs, proxy servers, or multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
4. win4d applies a maximum stake rule of Rp 500.000 per bet when Bonus Funds are active in the account. Bets exceeding this limit placed while Bonus Funds are active may be voided at win4d's discretion.
5. win4d reserves the right to reclaim Bonus Funds and any associated winnings if it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using two or more accounts to claim the same bonus; placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit from a promotion; or systematically exploiting promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
6. Bonus Funds cannot be transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering cycle.

The following general betting rules apply across all win4d products — sportsbook, live casino, slots, and togel:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is not valid until it has been confirmed by the win4d system and a bet reference number has been generated. Bets placed during a system interruption may be voided.
• Odds and prices: win4d publishes odds in good faith based on available information at the time of publication. win4d reserves the right to correct any odds published in error prior to settlement, even where a bet has been accepted at the erroneous price.
• Palpable errors: Any bet accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous — for example, where the implied probability is more than 95% due to a data entry or feed error — may be voided or settled at the correct market price at win4d's sole discretion.
• Live betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. win4d uses live data feeds to update prices; there may be a brief delay between real-world events and price updates. Bets placed after the relevant event has concluded — whether due to latency or otherwise — will be voided.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are subject to specific rules published on the sportsbook rules page. If one or more legs of a mix parlay are voided, the bet is recalculated on the remaining valid legs.
• Maximum payout: win4d applies a maximum single-transaction payout cap, details of which are published in the sportsbook and casino rules pages. Winnings in excess of the cap on a single bet or game round will be paid at the cap value.
• Game malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction during any casino game session, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. win4d's decision in such matters is final.

win4d is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and is not a means to generate income or resolve financial difficulties. win4d provides the following tools to all registered Players, accessible at any time from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit to your Account.
• Loss limits: Set thresholds on net losses within a defined time window.
• Session time reminders: Configure automatic notifications to alert you when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (minimum 30 days) or request a permanent closure. During self-exclusion, marketing communications will be suppressed and re-registration is prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human play;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on non-public information;
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from illegal activities;
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors with intent to generate profit;
• Colluding with other players in card games, live casino, or any other format where such collaboration constitutes cheating;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is prohibited, using VPN or proxy tools to disguise your true location;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication toward win4d staff or other players via any support or community channel.

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform — including but not limited to the win4d brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data compilations — are owned by or licensed to win4d. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any rights in or to those materials beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of win4d.

win4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Key data practices include:

• Collecting registration data (name, date of birth, address, email) for Account management and KYC purposes;
• Processing transactional data (deposits, withdrawals, bet history) for financial record-keeping and fraud detection;
• Retaining player data for the period required by applicable compliance obligations, which may extend beyond Account closure;
• Never selling personal data to third-party marketers or data brokers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

1. win4d provides the Platform and Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. win4d makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.
2. win4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if win4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
3. win4d's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.
4. win4d is not responsible for any telecommunications failures, internet connectivity issues, or device malfunctions that prevent access to the Platform or result in the loss of bets or game sessions.

win4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Discovery that registration information was false, misleading, or incomplete;
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Access from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Regulatory requirement or direction from a competent authority.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting win4d's customer support team. Upon Account closure, any real-money balance remaining after the deduction of outstanding liabilities will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, subject to KYC verification. Bonus Funds not yet subject to completed wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which win4d is incorporated and licensed as an international gaming operator. By using the Platform, you irrevocably agree that the courts or arbitral tribunals of win4d's licensing jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or their subject matter or formation.
